House Rules

❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $35 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the follwing $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $120 for duveet cover.

I’d definitely recommend this flat and plan to stay there again for my business travel (great workspace with an extra monitor and high speed internet!). Nikita and Jordan were very responsive and easy to communicate with! Thank you both.

This was a great place to stay, very comfortable and has all the essentials, location is very close to many restaurants. Grocery stores are close by as well. Had a good experience during my stay, and didn't have to wait long for responses when ever I had questions about something.

Nikita’s place was perfect for us. We had a short trip to Toronto for best friends bachelor party festivities and he was staying at St Regis. Nikita’s place offered an amazing location just two blocks away at a great value. The place was well maintained and precisely as described. Because it’s a loft, it felt much bigger than a regular one bedroom space. The building is very quiet while still being in the heart of the city.
