House rules

❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $35 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the follwing $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $120 for duveet cover.

Great place for a single traveler or couple needing to be in the downtown Toronto area. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to be, and there was a really easy train to the airport only a couple blocks away!! Wish I'd known about it when I landed instead of paying for an expensive Uber.
