Just a quick note on the property, the owners are open to selling the home and from time to time have short ( 2-3 minute) showings of the house with a realtor doing a walk through with someone interested in seeing the unit. They are asking anyone booking the space be ok with showings from time to time with your approval beforehand.

❤ Please remove shoes inside the house.
❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement.
❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the following $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $150 for duvet cover.
❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

We had an amazing stay in Toronto! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The location was great, about a 15–20 minute Uber ride to downtown, which made it easy to explore the cit. You can hear some outside noise at times, but personally it did not bother us at all.
Communication with the host was excellent, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.
We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Toronto!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had booked the upstairs unit, but thanks to an early check-in, Jordan was very attentive and kindly accommodated us in the main unit instead.
The unit is comfortable and cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. The bed is extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with several cafés nearby, a brewery, and other excellent options within walking distance.
The only small note I would mention is that the shower pressure could be slightly stronger, but this had virtually no impact on our stay. The area is quiet and calm, and getting around was easy, with convenient access to public transport, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay at Vinitha’s place. The host was extremely responsive answering all questions. It was also a wonderful location with restaurants and parks nearby. Very dog friendly! Thank you.

We were in town for a couple of concerts, so this was a great place to stay for a short visit. It is about a 20 minute walk to the subway, but that doesn’t bother us as we like to explore. The place was clean, quiet & easy, which was just what we needed. Shower head is a bit weak, but other than that, no complaints.
