❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the following $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $150 for duvet cover. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vinitha's place. It is steps from cool restaurants and ice cream shop, very private, close to public transportation and we loved the private parking spot as well. The communication was excellent and they graciously accommodated all our last minute needs. Recommended, thank you we'll be back!

This place is truly a gem with everything looking exactly how the pictures portray it to look like inside. Tons of space for me even with being a taller person. The host is very responsive and quite friendly. The best feature by far is the bedding which were quality and most certainly cozy!!
