House Rules

❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the following $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $150 for duvet cover. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

Jordan was an excellent host. I was not satisfied with a couple of things and he took care of it immediately and with such kindness. Simplicity and cleanliness is a must for me. The terrace is so amazing. Very large with comfortable seating area. The view of Toronto...gorgeous! Walk across the roads to trails by the river is so enjoyable. Shopping, lunch, dinner and dancing in Toronto so fun! Such a great location!

hi just want to say we had a great time at Bharats place. Great location and views just a short walk from the lake shore. Flat was clean and well furnished, and the host was really excellent in providing quick responses to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Toronto!

Bharat's place was great. It was just as described and shown in the pictures. Has a great balcony and amenities. Its a minute away from the water, restaurants, and a beautiful view of downtown Toronto. They responded almost instantly and provided everything we needed. I highly recommend this cute place and will definitely be staying here the next time I am in town!

Perfect place for our family of four! The location is wonderful--right on the water with access to walking and biking trails away from the hustle and bustle of the city but also close enough to drive/take train in for the day or for dinner. The flat was clean and precisely as pictured. The beds were as comfortable as home! We really enjoyed all of the amenities of the building from the pool and gym to yoga classes. The parking was easy and safe. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed Napoli d'Oro pizzeria as well as the tiny Ono poke bar/Hi yogurt shop. Groceries and other shopping within a 5 minute walk. We could not have had a better stay!
