❤ Please be respectful of noise for the other tenants in the building. ❤ Garbage and Recycling cans are at the back of the property to the left in the woooden fenced area. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the follwing $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $250 for duveet cover. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

This airbnb is nicer than the photos. Everything was very clean, and a stunning apartment. Is close to highway but rooms are in the back of the home and all is very quiet. Looking forward to staying here again whenever we come to Toronto.
