❤ Please be respectful of noise for the other tenants in the building. ❤ Garbage and Recycling cans are at the back of the property to the left in the wooden fenced area. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the following $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $250 for duvet cover. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

Stayed here as four adults and one infant. We had plenty of room, the space was clean and beds were comfortable! We would stay here again any time we are in Toronto!

The rental is in a great location - amazing lake and city views, close but not too close to the city (nice and quiet). The space is very roomy, immaculate and had a large, great living area and kitchen space. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of storage space plus working areas - the master bedroom was huge and had several large closets. We had a great time and were sad when we had to leave - hope to be back someday!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautifully restored historical apartment - located in a quiet neighborhood with views of the Lake. We enjoyed watching the runners and cyclists out on the trails with our morning coffee on the balcony. I was grateful our host accommodating our early check in request. We had everything we needed for a great weekend in the city! The beds were so comfy! We were grateful for the large bedrooms with plenty of storage! The well appointed kitchen & dining room was perfect for late night card games and meals together. The spacious apartment gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together without getting in each other’s way- something a hotel could never do! It was our home base when we needed a break from exploring the city! Parking was a breeze with our large truck! Using the street car for quick rides downtown was easy as the pick up spot was right across the road! We could have stayed longer! I was happy with my choice!

This is a great apartment with a generous amount of space. Always try to stay here on the four work trips I take to Toronto every year. Evan is great and responsive. And there’s a lake view!
