House Rules

❤ Please be respectful of noise for the other tenants in the building. ❤ Garbage and Recycling cans are at the back of the property to the left in the wooden fenced area. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the following $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $250 for duvet cover. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

We had a great stay. The unit was easy to find and the space was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for our needs. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. It was quite spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was fresh and clean. As we were working we didn't have time to explore any of the local amenities (maybe next time!). Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay in this spacious, beautifully appointed apartment. Morning sunrise over the lake. This place is a gem. I was ready to move in. Also, the location is amazing. Parkdale, the Roncy strip, the lake and High Park. A little bit of everything I love! Mary

had the most amazing stay at evan’s place in the vibrant neighborhood of parkdale. the perfect home for our group’s stay for the toronto marathon. highly recommend for large groups. having a washer and dryer was such a plus!

We had a cancellation the night before and Evan was so responsive and helpful as we made a last minute booking. The home is lovely and so spacious, the lake is a few minutes away and it is very easy to get to downtown Toronto via streetcar. Overall a wonderful stay!

The Airbnb was so nice and spacious! The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms nicely updated like the kitchen! Loved all the original architecture that they kept! Everything worked well, TV was the only issue and owner responded immediately to help out.
