🏡 House Rules 🏡 *Only use the Garbage and Recycling cans that our on our property. They are the Grey Bins along the house. Do not use our neighbors bins. 1. Check-In/Check-Out ⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding! 2. Luggage Drop-Off: Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time. 3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭 Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500. 4. Pet Policy 🐾 Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance. 5. Quiet Hours 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors. 6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌ Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund. 7. Security & Valuables 🔒 Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️ Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them! 9. Climate Control 🌡️ Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use. 10. Cleanliness 🧹 Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees. 11. Respect for Property 🏡 Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs. 12. Emergency Procedures 🚨 Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first! 11. Please remove shoes inside the house. 13. Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. Do not use any hair dye in the apartment. Do not use sharpie on the counter. 14. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from any surface, bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the following $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $250 for duveet cover. 15. My partner and I came into town last minute and booked on very short notice. Our quick arrival was easily accommodated by our hosts and we were welcomed. I was super pleased with the location and parking on site. The proximity of the unit to the events and what we had booked was ideal. The unit was incredibly clean and obviously very well kept. The pride of ownership and maintenance was apparent. The house and unit were stunning. We had every amenity necessary, ready at arms length which was a welcomed asset for us. We were so pleased with our stay and will definitely rebook.

This was a great place to stay in Toronto. Small but tidy and clean. It was warm and cozy during some bad weather we had, and the parking spot was a huge plus considering how little overnight public parking we saw around town. Definitely worth it!
