🏡 House Rules 🏡 *Only use the Garbage and Recycling cans that our on our property. They are the Grey Bins along the house. Do not use our neighbors bins. 1. Check-In/Check-Out ⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding! 2. Luggage Drop-Off: Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time. 3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭 Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500. 4. Pet Policy 🐾 Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance. 5. Quiet Hours 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors. 6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌ Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund. 7. Security & Valuables 🔒 Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️ Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them! 9. Climate Control 🌡️ Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use. 10. Cleanliness 🧹 Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees. 11. Respect for Property 🏡 Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs. 12. Emergency Procedures 🚨 Know the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Safety first! 11. Please remove shoes inside the house. 13. Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. Do not use any hair dye in the apartment. Do not use sharpie on the counter. 14. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from any surface, bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the following $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $250 for duveet cover. 15. David’s studio apartment was one of the best places we’ve stayed in. It was well equipped with the most modern appliances. The spa shower was to die for.. It was walking distance to the train station and restaurants. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit Toronto.

This was by far the best Air BnB we’ve ever stayed at. The space was lovely and attention was paid to all the details. It was stylish, comfortable, and in a beautiful neighbourhood. As someone who once lived in Toronto, a great location means so much and this one was steps from two parks and the Danforth. The amenities included parking which is hard to find in the city and was so appreciated! We will stay here again. And highly recommend this perfect place to stay!

We loved this place! It's a wonderfully decorated place in a beautiful, safe neighborhood that's a short walk from restaurants and public transportation. The free parking is a great perk, too. Everything was just as advertised!
