This is an ideal choice for the savvy modern-day traveler, business traveler, couples visiting Toronto.

Good to know

The open-plan layout with high ceilings, allows for ample space and natural light in our lower level apartment. Pamper yourself in the lavish ensuite bathroom attached to the primary living area. Our design allows the space to be catered to your needs. Our table coverts to a full size dining table for 2 to 4, a desk for office space, or can be tucked away for more living space. Our very comfortable sofa coverts to a queen pullout sofa allowing for up to 2 additional guests.

Other Details to Note

Temporary street parking is readily available via online permit from the city of Toronto. Simply print at home or there is a printer conveniently located in the Airbnb or print before hand. If you intend to use the street parking, please send a photo of the pass and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of 1 vehicle. 24 hour $18.26 + HST 48 hour $26.39 + HST 7 days $39.58 + HST

❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $35 per towel for replacement.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was one of the best. Very clean and cozy. So quiet and located on a pretty residential street. I stayed with my husband and two kids and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

From functionality to design and cleanliness, this place hits all the marks. The space is utilized perfectly, and completely spotless. Sometimes beds feel cheap or old, but not this one. Premium comfort!! Would stay again.

Kristin was extremely nice and pleasant to communicate with. At no point did she not get back to us quickly. The place was extremely clean and the bathroom/shower was excellent. Overall, very happy with the place and stay overall and would come back to stay again
