This is an ideal choice for the savvy modern-day traveler, business traveler, couples visiting Toronto.

Good to know

The open-plan layout with high ceilings, allows for ample space and natural light in our lower level apartment. Pamper yourself in the lavish ensuite bathroom attached to the primary living area. Our design allows the space to be catered to your needs. Our table coverts to a full size dining table for 2 to 4, a desk for office space, or can be tucked away for more living space. Our very comfortable sofa coverts to a queen pullout sofa allowing for up to 2 additional guests.

Other Details to Note

Temporary street parking is readily available via online permit from the city of Toronto. Simply print at home or there is a printer conveniently located in the Airbnb or print before hand. If you intend to use the street parking, please send a photo of the pass and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of 1 vehicle. 24 hour $18.26 + HST 48 hour $26.39 + HST 7 days $39.58 + HST

❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $35 per towel for replacement.

Tiny but mighty! I’m amazed at how many amenities this location contained. Full kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, dishes & cookware), expandable table and chairs for 4, sleeping room for 4, picture tv with the ability to connect to your streaming services, the most relaxing bathroom. And so clean to top it off! Great communication. Easy check in and out. Would stay again.

Kristen’s flat was a wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood of Roncesvalles is beautiful with mature trees, shops, restaurants in walking distance, and close to both the street car and subway. We drove to Toronto and it was easy to buy a temporary parking pass for the neighborhood online (the owner explains how to do this in detail). Street parking was abundant. The flat itself was super comfortable and light and clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay. I highly recommend this place!
