This is an ideal choice for the savvy modern-day traveler, business traveler, couples visiting Toronto.

Good to know

The open-plan layout with high ceilings, allows for ample space and natural light in our lower level apartment. Pamper yourself in the lavish ensuite bathroom attached to the primary living area. Our design allows the space to be catered to your needs. Our table coverts to a full size dining table for 2 to 4, a desk for office space, or can be tucked away for more living space. Our very comfortable sofa coverts to a queen pullout sofa allowing for up to 2 additional guests.

Other Details to Note

Temporary street parking is readily available via online permit from the city of Toronto. Simply print at home or there is a printer conveniently located in the Airbnb or print before hand. If you intend to use the street parking, please send a photo of the pass and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of 1 vehicle. 24 hour $18.26 + HST 48 hour $26.39 + HST 7 days $39.58 + HST

If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $35 per towel for replacement.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy one-bedroom basement apartment. I stayed with my husband and adult daughter, and we all appreciated how spotlessly clean and well-designed the space was - everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. The location was perfect: nestled in a quiet residential area but just minutes from a lively street full of cafes, restaurants, and shops. We especially enjoyed being close to High Park, which was ideal for morning runs and leisurely strolls. The apartment had everything we needed, like comfortable beds, plush towels, and a well-equipped kitchen (note that there isn't a freezer, but that wasn't a problem for us). Street parking was easy to manage with the city’s temporary parking pass, and the hosts were kind enough to leave us some great coffee and tea, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and welcoming stay in Toronto!

Easy 5 stars. Kristen and Jordan's garden apartment in Roncesvalles is small, but spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. And the location is hard to beat: so many cute cafes, delicious restaurants, small markets, within walking distance. High Park was super close, too. The hosts were super friendly and flexible--we needed some special accommodations because we were traveling with our toddler, and Kristen and Jordan were really understanding. Highly recommend.
