Temporary street parking is readily available via online permit from the city of Toronto. Simply print at home or there is a printer conveniently located in the Airbnb or print before hand. House rules

❤ Due to allergies, this is a Pet Free enviroment. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the follwing $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $250 for duveet cover. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

We highly recommend Sean’s place! It was spotless - a brand new, high quality renovation in the lower level of a beautiful home in a quiet and very attractive neighbourhood. Tasteful decor, very comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Excellent location close to many shops, restaurants and parks. Sean was a super responsive and helpful host. Everything was perfect, we’ll go back, for sure!

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay here. From the beginning to end it was pure professionalism, like staying at a nice hotel. But BETTER because this area cannot be beat! I used to live in Toronto and opted to stay here for a business trip because of how incredibly beautiful and lively this area is. Quiet but so so much to do and see. The beds are perfect, tons of pillows (which is a pet peeve of mine when there's only 2 pillows per bed), linens and towels clean and very soft. The shower is a dream. The floors are heated. Everything is spotless and pristine. Communication was seamless and effortless and Jordan was happy to provide a pack and play for my 4 month old and accommodate an early check in. Trust me, it's a 100% WONDERFUL place to stay.
