Temporary street parking is readily available via online permit from the city of Toronto. Simply print at home or there is a printer conveniently located in the Airbnb or print before hand. ❤ Due to allergies, this is a Pet Free enviroment. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from towels you will be charged $45 per towel for replacement. ❤ If the cleaners are unable to remove stains from bedding (make-up, mascara on pillows, oil stains on sheets etc) you will be charged replacement costs for the follwing $40 for pillow case, $60 for sheet, $250 for duveet cover. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

We had a great stay. The place was very cozy and clean, in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The house is within walking distance to some great restaurants and a beautiful park as well. Would highly recommend the location and the hosts.

Great space, great neighborhood. Spotless comfortable place, we really enjoyed our stay. As another reviewer noted one of the bedrooms has a curtain instead of a door. That suited us just fine, and the space was really above our expectations overall. We won't hesitate to return.
