My home is intended for guests who are travelling only and not for guests from Toronto or the surrounding area. All bookings made by residents of Ontario must be pre-approved via message. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. We do charge $20 per towel , $30 per pillow cover & $100 per bedding set that is stained and unusable in the future (Mascara, Lipstick, Oils etc). ❤ Please notify us on your pre-booking message if you're planning to bring your pet.

Owner was communicative, considerate and responsive. The power went out one night due to a storm. He came out in the storm to lend us a flashlight. The home is compact and very clean. Steep stairs from the first floor to the second so people with mobility issues take note. I would stay here again..

We had a delightful stay at Kevin’s place. The rooms were super clean, light-filled and well equipped. Surrounding area was wonderful with parks, restaurants, shops and public transportation. We would love to stay here again.

On top of cleanliness, friendliness, great location, it was also quiet day and night, the beds were super comfortable, and the neighbors on the street super friendly. We'll rent again when we return!

We had a lovely stay in Jordan’s home. It was clean and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. It super close to Korea town and little Italy. Perfect location to walk to major spots and to lots of good restaurants :)

We stayed at Jordan's twice- me, my husband and our 15-month old daughter. The house is clean very well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has all utensils you could need, as well as great knives, very pretty bowls and a good stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs, rooms are comfortable, linen and towels are soft, and the wooden floors give it a nice cozy feeling. There's also a private washer/dryer that took care of some very soiled clothes. Would definitely come back!
