House Rules
My home is intended for guests who are travelling only and not for guests from Toronto or the surrounding area. All bookings made by residents of Ontario must be pre-approved via message.
❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
❤ Please remove shoes inside the house.
❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. We do charge $20 per towel , $30 per pillow cover & $100 per bedding set that is stained and unusable in the future (Mascara, Lipstick, Oils etc).
❤ Please notify us on your pre-booking message if you're planning to bring your pet.

Cozy, cute and charming townhome in a family friendly neighborhood. It had everything we needed and more.
Great for a small family or 3 -4 girlfriends in need of a quick get away.
Only 1 bathroom upstairs with bedrooms, but I can’t complain, the surroundings were worth the climb.

What a great place to stay in the city. We loved the decor and the bathroom is gorgeous. Great location, very walkable. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

This place was perfect for my husband, child and I. It was clean, spacious and bright. The linens were lovely, the beds comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The back deck was lovely and breezy to sit on and location is perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants and cafes, super close to the UP making it easy to get to union and an adorable little park across the street. Would highly recommend!

Our family of four (husband and two preschool aged daughters) absolutely loved staying here. It was a beautiful and safe neighbourhood with plenty of walkable shops, restaurants, parks, and even a splash pad across the street. Not having to worry about parking also made the trip easy - the private garage was spacious enough to fit a minivan. Inside, the house was clean and artfully decorated. We will book here again the next time we are back to visit family.
