Please note our unit is a walk-up on the 2nd/ 3rd floor and climbing stairs is required. We reimburse you for street parking! For street parking you will need to print a city permit pass. Temporary street parking is readily available via online permit from the city of Toronto. It is best to print of before hand but for car rentals there is a small thermal printer in the unit. If you use intend to use the street parking, please send a photo of the pass and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of 1 vehicle.

❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. We do charge $20 per towel , $30 per pillow cover & $100 per bedding set that is stained and unusable in the future (Mascara, Lipstick, Oils etc). ❤ Please notify us on your pre-booking message if you're planning to bring your pet.
