Please note our unit is on the 2nd floor and climbing stairs is required. We reimburse you for street parking! For street parking you will need to print a city permit pass. Temporary street parking is readily available via online permit from the city of Toronto. Simply print at home or there is a printer conveniently located in the Airbnb or print of before hand. If you use intend to use the street parking, please send a photo of the pass and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of 1 vehicle. 24 hour $18.26 + HST 48 hour $26.39 + HST 7 days $39.58 + HST

My home is intended for guests who are travelling only and not for guests from Toronto or the surrounding area. All bookings made by residents of Ontario must be pre-approved via message. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. We do charge $20 per towel , $30 per pillow cover & $100 per bedding set that is stained and unusable in the future (Mascara, Lipstick, Oils etc). ❤ Please notify us on your pre-booking message if you're planning to bring your pet.
