Lovely home that is very well equipped and easy to feel at home in. It had all the basics and then some. the street is a quiet residential area just off St Clair west, which had everything you could want and a major street car route. walking distance to a discount grocery store, LCBO, dollar type store, etc. Jordan was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Stayed in the house while visiting family and seeing Toronto. It was the perfect base for us - a short walk to the public transport, restaurants and groceries. We were out most of the time so didn't get chance to fully use the space but it is a great house, that you could easily spend more time in to relax, the décor was lovely, everything was clean and fresh and beds super comfortable. Highly recommend

We loved staying at Katherine and Jordan’s place. It was in a great area, easy to get to the TTC with the street car. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! The location unbelievable, we walked all over the place - groceries and liquor store within 2 blocks, and a cute farmers market a short walk away. We came with our two kids - there were children’s dishes and even a pack and play in one of the closets. Definitely family friendly other than the stairs which is a bit treacherous for toddlers. Only other thing to note is we were there in a ridiculous heat wave - it didn’t cool down great upstairs but was still sleepable. If you keep the doors closed, it seemed to stay cooled.

Excellent spot. Highlights include the location (close grocery store, LCBO, lots of coffee spots and restaurants), the back patio was beautiful and we spent a lot of time out there and the kitchen is well stocked. Great AC. Would stay again in a heartbeat. There were 6 of us and was enough space for all of us!

Katherine and Jordan’s house is lovely. It has a classic vintage feel, fully updated and modern, spotlessly clean. There are lots of stairs, just to note, for anyone with mobility challenges. The neighbourhood is a walkable, family friendly and quiet. Overnight parking in a small municipal lot is a short 5 min walk for those staying just one or two nights. Happy to recommend this property to others.
