The mid-century house is in a walkable neighborhood in a fantastic location, with a grocery and liquor store within a 2 block walk as well as plenty of nearby coffee shops and cafes. Getting around town via Uber/Lyft was very easy to downtown, the UT/museum area, and the distillery district. Communication with Jordan was solid and the instructions and house rules were easy to follow. The property is simply decorated but has what you need, with an excellent kitchen and main bathroom. Highly recommended!

Needed 3 hotel rooms for us and our adult children to attend a wedding. It was so much better being able to stay at this home with a kitchen. Beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable beds, clean comfortable house. Kitchen had all we needed. Very walkable location to anything you need - grocery store, restaurants, bars, bagels. Read the PDF they send, it has all info you need on parking. Hope to stay here again.

Such a cute little spot for our family! We used to live in the neighborhood, so it felt really special to be back and so close to friends again. Jordan and Katherine were very accommodating to our needs, and the space was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated our stay.
