❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
❤ Please remove shoes inside the house.
❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily.
❤ My neighbor has a beautiful newborn baby. Please be respectful of noise

The location doesn't get much better than this! In the heart of the fashion district and a short walk to world class restaurants and the harberfront.
We had a great stay - the building is really nice and the amenities are great. there is a gym on the top floor and a garden/access to BBQs on the roof. the views are amazing!

I stayed in Jordan’s apartment for a long term 6 month stay and maybe I’m bias… but I think it’s the BEST apartment in Toronto. It’s spacious, clean, aesthetically pleasing, well stocked, lots of natural light, in a nice building with nice people, great location… I can’t say enough good things.
Jordan is a wonderful host and communicating with him is easy and fast.
I hope you get the enjoy this apartment as much as I did.

I loved staying at Jordan's apartment for the best part of two months. It is located right in the heart of Toronto for restaurants and bars and walking distance to everything else I needed. The building has access to a very well equipped gym too which was a bonus!
Jordan was a super friendly, responsive host who helped me when ever I had a question or a request. I would highly recommend this apartment for your time in Toronto.
