House Rules

My home is intended for guests who are travelling only and not for guests from Toronto or the surrounding area. All bookings made by residents of Ontario must be pre-approved via message. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. We do charge $20 per towel , $30 per pillow cover & $100 per bedding set that is stained and unusable in the future (Mascara, Lipstick, Oils etc).

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was exactly as described very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We had no issues at all during our time there and Jordan even allowed us to use the laundry as we were staying for longer than 2 weeks. Jordan was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, always quick to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Jordan, for being such a great host. We would definitely stay again!

This apartment was perfectly located in the Queen West area—close to everything yet tucked away on a quiet street, which made it ideal. The hosts were excellent and extremely accommodating, making the stay seamless from start to finish. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Had such a great stay while in Toronto for work! Overall 5 out of 5, but the bed was a little uncomfortable for our early 40s lower backs! 😂 The kitchen was pristine, clutch to have a backyard with our dog, and the bathroom was perfect size for 2 people. Shannon was so quick to respond. Would 💯 like to come back and stay when I’m back for work! Thank you.

Great location - walking distance to restaurants and bars but not close enough that you get all the noise and foot traffic. Everything was advertised and host was very responsive.
