House Rules

My home is intended for guests who are travelling only and not for guests from Toronto or the surrounding area. All bookings made by residents of Ontario must be pre-approved via message. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. We do charge $20 per towel , $30 per pillow cover & $100 per bedding set that is stained and unusable in the future (Mascara, Lipstick, Oils etc). ❤ Please notify us on your pre-booking message if you're planning to bring your pet.

I had a really good experience staying here. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb and would happily stay again!

Wonderful space. Marks place is steps away from Ossington and Queen, which both house a ton of restaurants, shops, bars and vibes. Even better is it is located on a quiet street. If you’re travelling with a friend like I was, or family this place it’s perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, and the entire place is very clean.
