We reimburse you for street parking! For street parking you will need to print a city permit pass. Temporary street parking is readily available via online permit from the city of Toronto. Simply print at home or there is a printer conveniently located in the Airbnb or print of before hand. My home is intended for guests who are travelling only and not for guests from Toronto or the surrounding area. All bookings made by residents of Ontario must be pre-approved via message. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. We do charge $20 per towel , $30 per pillow cover & $100 per bedding set that is stained and unusable in the future (Mascara, Lipstick, Oils etc). ❤ Please notify us on your pre-booking message if you're planning to bring your pet.

Mark’s place was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our weekend trip. Check in was seamless and the apartment was clean and comfortable for two. It is well located for exploring Toronto. Hosts communicated well and were very quick to fix a problem with the WiFi as soon as we reached out. Highly recommended!

Mark's place proved to be exactly what we needed for our first visit to Toronto! The location was excellent, incredibly close to public transportation, yet peaceful and quiet. Check-in was seamless, and we truly appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. Mark was a thoughtful host who provided not only clear and detailed instructions for the apartment but also a great list of recommendations for supermarkets and nearby dining. Jordan was highly responsive and checked in with us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed.

Marks place is great and in an awesome location - theres a ton to do and it's all walkable. He was also super responsive when I had a question and also allowed us to checkin a little early which was really helpful. Big recommend!
