My home is intended for guests who are travelling only and not for guests from Toronto or the surrounding area. All bookings made by residents of Ontario must be pre-approved via message. ❤ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. if you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ❤ Please remove shoes inside the house. ❤ Use make-up remover, not the bath towels as they stain easily. We do charge $20 per towel , $30 per pillow cover & $100 per bedding set that is stained and unusable in the future (Mascara, Lipstick, Oils etc). ❤ Please notify us on your pre-booking message if you're planning to bring your pet.

Marks place is great and in an awesome location - theres a ton to do and it's all walkable. He was also super responsive when I had a question and also allowed us to checkin a little early which was really helpful. Big recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. Mark and Jordan were proactive, responsive, and easy to reach, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The place was easy to find, in a great location, and pleasantly quiet. Overall, a top-notch Airbnb. We would gladly stay here again.

Exactly what’s shown in the description, clean unit with kind and flexible hosts. Located in a peaceful area with vibrant city life a few blocks away. Worth the trip to Toronto to try the Pop Art themed space.

Had a great stay at Marks place and would definitely recommend if you want to explore West Queen area. The space was clean, cozy and easy to get to. Even though it is a basement apartment we did not have any issues with noise from upstairs and we stayed on a weekend . The location is very walkable so much stuff to do in every direction. Will need to come back to see it all!

I had a really good experience staying here. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly.
