Stayed here as four adults and one infant. We had plenty of room, the space was clean and beds were comfortable!

Nitika was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, making it a relaxing place to unwind. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Nitika to future guests.

The rental is in a great location - amazing lake and city views, close but not too close to the city (nice and quiet). The space is very roomy, immaculate and had a large, great living area and kitchen space. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of storage space plus working areas - the master bedroom was huge and had several large closets. We had a great time and were sad when we had to leave - hope to be back someday!

La casa de Katherine y Jordan es igual que en las fotos. Podría hacer una reseña eterna con todo lo maravilloso que tiene la casa, pero lo que más apreciamos fue la limpieza, el espacio y el vecindario. Eramos 6 adultos y 2 niños y tuvimos espacio de sobra para movernos y tener privacidad, además, apreciamos mucho que hayan habido juegos, coches, mesas y sillas para niños, el espacio estaba pensado para todos. Por último, la ubicación era perfecta, la casa está en un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro, cercano a escuelas, supermercado, restoranes y lugares de comida rápida. El tranvía pasa a 5 minutos de distancia y era muy fácil llegar a cualquier lugar turístico. Volvería mil veces.

Jordan's home was an ideal spot for us to stay for an extended period of time. The spaces were comfortable and well appointed and had everything we needed during our time there. On top of that, Jordan was incredibly responsive to messages and very very helpful whenever we reached out to him with any questions or requests. His place is ideally located for someone looking to stay close to the amenities that Toronto has to offer without being right in the hustle and bustle of downtown. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We had a great stay. The place was very cozy and clean, in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The house is within walking distance to some great restaurants and a beautiful park as well. Would highly recommend the location and the hosts.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautifully restored historical apartment - located in a quiet neighborhood with views of the Lake. We enjoyed watching the runners and cyclists out on the trails with our morning coffee on the balcony. I was grateful our host accommodating our early check in request.
We had everything we needed for a great weekend in the city! The beds were so comfy! We were grateful for the large bedrooms with plenty of storage!
The well appointed kitchen & dining room was perfect for late night card games and meals together. The spacious apartment gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together without getting in each other’s way- something a hotel could never do!
It was our home base when we needed a break from exploring the city!
Parking was a breeze with our large truck! Using the street car for quick rides downtown was easy as the pick up spot was right across the road!
We could have stayed longer!
I was happy with my choice!

My partner and I came into town last minute and booked on very short notice.
Our quick arrival was easily accommodated by our hosts and we were welcomed.
I was super pleased with the location and parking on site. The proximity of the unit to the events and what we had booked was ideal.
The unit was incredibly clean and obviously very well kept. The pride of ownership and maintenance was apparent.
The house and unit were stunning.
We had every amenity necessary, ready at arms length which was a welcomed asset for us.
We were so pleased with our stay and will definitely rebook.
