Kevin and Jordan were accomodating hosts. They were so flexible with check in and check out times which helped a lot as we navigated flights and delays. Parking was included so another plus for our family. We had a great stay as a family of 3. 2 parks right outside and the subway station a short walk away. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and the famous Ossington area. The staircase in the house is a bit steep, however, it wasn't an issue for us as we have no mobility issues and our daughter is older. We definitely recommend this unit to travellers.

Our family of four (husband and two preschool aged daughters) absolutely loved staying here. It was a beautiful and safe neighbourhood with plenty of walkable shops, restaurants, parks, and even a splash pad across the street. Not having to worry about parking also made the trip easy - the private garage was spacious enough to fit a minivan. Inside, the house was clean and artfully decorated. We will book here again the next time we are back to visit family.

Jordan was an excellent host. I was not satisfied with a couple of things and he took care of it immediately and with such kindness. Simplicity and cleanliness is a must for me. The terrace is so amazing. Very large with comfortable seating area. The view of Toronto...gorgeous! Walk across the roads to trails by the river is so enjoyable. Shopping, lunch, dinner and dancing in Toronto so fun! Such a great location!

This place is a gem! Beautiful space and lots of room. Jordan, the co-host was incredibly responsive both pre trip and during the stay. The beds were comfy. Of note, the one bedroom is divided from the general space by a curtain, not a door. Not an issue for us, but just something to be aware of!Try out Bakery Pompette down the street, easily walkable and great coffee and pasties. We had no issues with this stay and would stay again if coming to Toronto!

We had a wonderful five-night stay! The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood, walkable to many great shops and restaurants. Downtown is a short Uber or train ride. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The AC worked like a charm. We felt safe walking around and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is responsive and provided clear instructions. We felt like locals rather than tourists. I would recommend staying here!

Such a lovely place! Super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Great location and very easy check-in process. I had a great stay and will definitely come back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect for our two young daughters, with the playground and splash pad just steps away. They also enjoyed the games in the house and swinging with us in the backyard hammock while we read books from the shelves. That huge bath was amazing. Listening to the Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong album on their record player was a treat. And getting downtown was simple too, with a straight shot to the train station. Stayed here with my husband and kids. The place was clean, spacious, kid friendly and the location can’t be beat! Has all the essentials and more to make your stay comfortable. Right in the heart of little Italy, minutes from all the nice restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back!

A great place to stay! The hosts were responsive and helpful to any help and questions I had. Loved the place and all the artwork that was up! Would definitely go back and recommend!
